Furnisa Pty Ltd (No. 376669C) is to confident in the products and services we offer that warranties all labour in its contract work with homeowner to be free
from defects in workmanship for a period of give five (5) years. The warranty begins on the date of job completion.
If the defective product falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, Furnisa will, at its option, either:
- Arrange repair of the defected warranted product by the manufacturer; or
- Arrange replacement of the defective warranted product by the manufacturer.
If a warranted product is no longer available and cannot be repaired, the manufacturer, at its absolute discretion, may replace the warranted product with a substituted item which would be as close as possible in dimension / function and colour. The manufacturer however, cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be exactly the same in all aspects when compared with the original item.
The warranty period will not extend past the five year period. The warranty is strictly limited to contract work performed by Furnisa Pty Ltd or
its subcontractors expressly for owner.
In addition, this warranty shall not apply to any appliances and fixtures installed by Furnisa Pty Ltd for the owner, although Company shall
assign and transfer any applicable manufactures ‘warranties to owner upon request.
In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the owner should notify Company in writing in detail of the specific item or items which are
believed to be covered by this warranty.
Company shall respond to such warranty requests within three business days of receipt of the notification. Any emergency requests will be
given immediate attention. If Company finds its reasonable judgement that the item or items requiring attention are covered by this warranty,
it will promptly proceed such repairs or replace defective materials or workmanship, at its sole cost and expense, except to the extend it finds
that such repairs have been made necessary by the negligence or intentional misconduct of the owner, or any party or parties associated with
the owner. Or any party or parties associated with the owner.
This warranty shall be void and shall not apply to any materials which were originally installed by the Company, but which were subsequently
repaired, adjusted, or modified by an individual or entity other than Company or its authorized representatives.
Warranty is void on all items purchased by homeowner, such as vanities, fixtures, file due to lack of quality control of Company.
Neither the sales personnel of Furnisa Pty Ltd nor any other person authorized to make any warranties other than those described above to
extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time period described above.
